The cost includes the entire expedition, accommodation, food, drink, all expedition and travel costs in Pakistan; transport to / from airport
The cost does not include your personal travel to Pakistan; extra costs such as gifts, additional travel outside of special edition; your own travel insurance, visa costs etc.
