Naseem Zafar Iqbal
Naseem Iqbal is a leadership development consultant par excellence, coach, trainer, inspirer based in Lahore, CEO of Training Impact Ltd, an outward-bound experiential group working with leadership teams often outdoors, sometimes high up into the mountains. Over the last 20 years, he has worked with over 150 different teams, mainly experientially and to many in Pakistan this is still all new! A qualified mountaineer, his passion for adventures makes experiential learning his work of love.

Peter Petzal is a leadership & organizational development coach, trainer, university lecturer based in London, principal at Beyond Frontiers, focusing on leadership through complexity & scale change; his work takes him to many countries mainly within the airline sector; he has worked in and out of Pakistan and India over 25 years.

Umair Hasan is a trekker, traveller, mountaineer and guide; he lives near and loves the Himalayas and the Northern Territories; he is runs his own expeditions and also has a climbing equipment shop in Islamabad
Saima Esma
Saima Esma is a Media and Communication Studies academic, and a freelance writer whose focus of work is on gender and media, media and culture, women rights, and globalization and its impact. Having 25 years’ experience in social sector with a variety of organizations, she has been a part of philanthropic, welfare, and advocacy projects for youth, women and children. During her Ph.D. research she joined the Centre for Culture and Media Policy Studies at University of Warwick, UK as Visiting Researcher. She spent her childhood in blue pine forests of Himalayan highlands, the nostalgic impressions of which are the source of her love for wilds as a means of soul searching and introspection.
Rizwan Saif
Rizwan Saif is a passionate outdoor Expert. He worked with a leading training organization in corporate & youth sector and have vast experience of wilderness based and indoor trainings. He always comes with a unique idea of learning-based activities and expert to mold fun into a meaningful activity.
