12 years ago, Naseem had an idea, what if Corporate Training could be taken into wilderness? Today, he is the founder of Training Impact, a Training and consulting organization known for some of the most unconventional training approaches in South Asia. As a leading Trainer Naseem’s work with Organizations in Leadership Developing  pipelines, sensitizing top circles of organizations to change, and developing high-performance teams in top organizations.
His work is measurable. Over the last 12 years, more than 500 organizations have benefited from his Trainings, around 30 large businesses have redefined their business strategies and over 1000 top executives corporate executives have gone through Leadership Development and coaching programs with him. Naseem’s approach to training is radical: He cares not about pleasing his participants, rather pushing them out of physical and emotional comfort to discover their real issues and solve them. As Naseem proudly claims, he burns the platform for thinking to change. During his training, participants are pushed to open up, bring issues on the table, and engage with open, honest feedback to solve problems. As the founder of wilderness based Corporate Training, Naseem has brought experiential learning to mainstream training in Pakistan. His is an immortal quest: To redefine training by introducing Experiential Learning as the primary philosophy of learning. He pushes at integrating unique approaches for Training and Leadership Development into the Training Industry.
